Introduction to marine cranes. In order to match customers with suitable products, most of them are customized with customized boom length and lifting weight.
5. Main applications of ship cranes. One of the users who purchase ship cranes is the shipyard, and the other is the cargo ship owner. Shipyards generally provide a complete set of equipment in response to customer needs. Cargo ship owners have their own ships, but it is inconvenient to load and unload cargo, so they need ship cranes. This kind of deck machinery is a tool that saves labor and facilitates loading and unloading of various goods.
6. Maintenance.（1） Check the steel wire regularly to ensure there are no burrs and apply steel wire oil. （2） Check the waterproofing of the crane regularly to avoid water accumulation inside. （3） Conduct regular functional tests to ensure normal function. （4） Hydraulic oil must be guaranteed and use the specified hydraulic model. Oil, and conduct testing every year to ensure that the hydraulic oil is within the quality range. If the hydraulic oil deteriorates, it will not be visible on the outside, and it will show that the crane is weak. The longer it is used, the weaker it becomes. （5） The fan of the crane should be checked regularly to ensure that the hydraulic oil is cool. （6） Close the vents after each use to ensure that water does not enter during bad weather. （7） Before use in winter, preheat without load 15 minutes in advance. （8） Check the brake pads regularly and adjust them as needed to avoid brake failure.
